We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to bring our hat game up to the same premium level as the rest of our apparel - and we’re proud to finally share the results.
With our new Custom Hat Program, every detail is up to you. Go bold with full sublimation to design every inch of your hat, with team-friendly minimums starting at just 25 units. Prefer something more classic? Build your look panel by panel - choosing the colours, fabrics, and finishes that best fit your team’s style.
From casual cotton and corduroy to performance-ready options like air mesh and Taslon, we’ve sourced materials that look sharp, feel great, and hold up season after season. Add your logo, embroidery, or a woven patch, and you’ve got a hat that’s 100% your own.

Pricing is based per style/design:
- 25–49: $30 + $1.75 shipping
- 50–99: $22 + $1.50 shipping
- 100–249: $18 + $1 shipping
- 250+: $15 + $0.50 shipping

Yes, 100% - Contact VC
No, you cannot mix styles or designs (even on the same style hats). You CAN mix sizes (Small and Standard) within the same style and design.
No, you cannot mix colours to meet minimums.
If it’s the same logo and hat style but just a different logo colour, then you can mix to meet the minimums (surcharge $1/unit). However, each embroidery colour must have at least 25 units per colour.
No, these would count as separate orders.
No, we do not recommend embroidery on a sublimated panel. Sublimation printing is only on the surface level of the fabric, so the interior (white) fabric will be visible around the little holes left by embroidery stitches.
No, not if your order is over 100 units, or if a school/corporate rule prohibits it. You can, however, choose the embroidery colour of the VC logo.
Note that there is VC branding on the inside of the hat (taping on the seams and a woven label).

3-4 weeks plus 2 weeks shipping. Larger orders of 500+ may take an extra week.
Yes - 25% surcharge for a 2-week production time, plus 5-10 days shipping.
