At VC we want you to enjoy wearing your ultimate gear as much as we enjoy making it. If you are not completely satisfied with the workmanship of our product, VC Ultimate will repair it, replace it, or refund your money. Quality issues must be brought to our attention within 10 business days of your gear being delivered.  

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any custom or mystery products unless they have product defects or manufacturing errors.

Stock products from our store not in the last chance, mystery, or otherwise indicated as Final Sale may be returned as long as they have not been worn or washed - please contact orders@vcultimate.com to arrange a return, unless they have been customized with a name/number as per your request.
