VC proudly customizes Discraft’s 175-gram UltraStar and 145-gram J-Star — the world-standard discs for ultimate players of all ages. Each disc is made in the USA and custom printed in-house at VCHQ in Toronto, Canada, with worldwide shipping available.

Customization Technique: Full-colour artwork is printed directly onto white discs using ultraviolet-cured inks, creating sharp, durable graphics with a matte, integrated finish.

Both Discraft Supercolour and VC UV printing are digital print methods, allowing for full-colour artwork, gradients, and raster images with vibrant, high-resolution results. Discraft’s Supercolour is printed onto a glossy transfer layer that is then infused into the disc. VC’s UV printing is applied directly onto the disc surface, resulting in a matte finish, with any white areas in the artwork showing as the natural colour of the disc itself.

In terms of durability, both print types perform similarly under normal use, including exposure to rain and sunlight. As with any printed disc, damage can occur if the surface comes into contact with chemicals that react with inks, such as hand sanitizer or nitrogen-based fertilizers, or through abrasion against rough surfaces like pavement or walls.
