We are excited to launch a new and improved VC US College Sponsorship Program for the 2024-2025 season!
VC College Sponsorship Program
The VC College Sponsorship Program is not like the others… we don’t require you signing a contract, “locking in” for multiple years, or add oversized sponsor logos on your jerseys if you don't want them. We just want to see your team outfitted in ultimate’s highest quality and most inclusive uniforms, and be proud to promote you as you do your thing…
- No contracts.
- No team requirements, other than ordering a set of light and dark jerseys and shorts from VC + 3 team photos and a social media shout out.
- Opportunities to earn additional VC credit through additional promotional activities.
Sponsorship Benefits
- A Free light jersey with every dark jersey ordered (up to 25 jerseys for rostered/official players or coaches)
- 5 Free Captain or Coach long sleeve jerseys or Revolution hoodies (can say "Captain" or "Coach", and be of a unique design, or based on the team's light or dark jersey - your choice).
- 30% Off dark jerseys or additional light jerseys required for players; and shorts, long sleeves, Revolution hoodies, Windbreakers or other team swag - for your team and any associated teams at your school (B-teams, open/women’s division teams).
- Opportunity to do a commissioned Fan Shop for team fundraising.
- Free Design & Rush Production Services to ensure your gear is ready on time.

The VC team will select a total of 12 teams for the 2024-2025 season:
- 3x Women’s Division I teams
- 3x Open Division I teams
- 3x Open Division III teams
- 3x Women’s Division III teams
Application Bonus
Just for applying and telling us more about your team, we're giving you the chance to be selected for one of ten Thank You offers of 30% off on any custom team order:
- No team responsibilities, other than confirming your intent to accept our offer by November 1, 2024 and placing your order by January 15, 2025.
- No team requirements on what you order.
- 30% off on the base price of any VC sublimated, printed or spot sublimated apparel.
Application Criteria
- Teams must be a US-based College team competing in the USA Ultimate 2024-2025 College Series season, and not be tied to any other sponsorship (school or other sponsor) as of January 1st, 2025.
- The person (player, coach, or team administrator) submitting the application must have the "authority" to do so on behalf of the team.
- The VC College Program Application must be 100% completed by September 23rd, 2024.
Sponsored Team Selection
We are looking to sponsor teams who have a positive, fun, inclusive and competitive team culture - no single aspect being more important than the other.
If your team often makes it to Nationals, that's beneficial, but not a surefire way to get sponsorship. A team that competes at Sectionals, enjoys fun tournaments, fosters inclusivity, and gives back to the community has equal opportunities.
VC Ultimate reserves the right to select any team, for any reason, without justification or explanation, although the application will include weighting guidelines to help teams understand our process.
