VC COLLECTIVE | Brand Ambassador Program

We are excited to announce the VC Collective, an ambassador program created to build a community of players, coaches, organizers and volunteers that deserve recognition, amplification and celebration. 

The VC Collective will introduce the world to the best of the best community members. We will be selecting just a handful of folks to join the VC Collective - and to receive the awesome perks of being a member.

What are the goals of the VC Collective? 

The main goal of the VC Collective is to strengthen relationships with individuals who are community leaders, thought provokers and active engagers whom we've come to respect and whose perspective we appreciate.

We think it's important to support folks who are using their voice to shed light on issues, movements, and initiatives that align with our company values. We want to do what we can to help support our Collective members’ community activities so that their influence can reach as far as possible.

What does a VC Collective Member do? 

A VC Collective Member will get the chance to influence our brand. Members may be asked to help us develop and test new products, and introduce them to our community. We’ll ask Members to create content for our social media platforms, and share news/initiatives on their own.

Most importantly, we’ll ask Members to share about their perspectives and experiences in their sport and community and engage VC when it feels good to do so. 

VC Collective Members will be expected to stay active in the community for a year after they sign on. There is no contract to sign, and either party can part ways if it feels right to do so before the year is up.

What support does a VC Collective member receive? 

Yes, there will be swag.

We want to help VC Collective Members do their best work for our community, while helping them achieve their full potential as an athlete - and promote the social justice issues and initiatives that are important to them. Additional benefits:

• Promotion of the Member to our followers and amplification of their social media channels and voice through ad hoc boosting and planned ‘takeovers’
• Credits for personal orders and unlimited stickers to give away
• Discounts for teams that Members play on and/or coach
• A referral income program (provide your community with a discount code and earn a commission on any related sale)
• Discounts, credits and earning opportunities through reciprocal ambassador programs (with other partner brands)
• Social justice learning opportunity grants

This program will only be a success if both parties involved feel that positive results will be gained by our partnership, so we invite you to keep this in mind when filling out your application.

Applicants who make it through an initial selection round will be given more precise details of the program before deciding if they want to sign up to do a Collective chat with VC team members.
